On an annual basis, the Theoretical Astrophysics Program awards the TAP Graduate Student Research Prize for the best paper on a theoretical astrophysics topic by a University of Arizona graduate student. Graduate students and postdocs (< one year post degree) with recently published or accepted theoretical astrophysics research are encouraged to apply.

The TAP Steering Committee will select the winning submission based on the quality and originality of the research project.
The 2022 recipient will receive a commemorative plaque plus $500 cash and an invitation to present his/her work during the upcoming Spring colloquia series.
