My research is focused on understanding the process of planet formation to explain the diversity and ubiquity of known planets. With the help of numerical simulations, I study various problems in accretion processes, disk dynamics, and planet-disk interaction. As part of that process, I develop high performance tools for coupling essential physics like radiative transfer to astrophysical hydrodynamics.

Area of interest: planet formation, radiation-hydrodynamics
